ABOUT US

Welcome to pelurixanto.com. We are a small online gift shop from Groningen in the Netherlands, and everything we do comes down to one simple idea: helping you show someone that you are thinking of them.

OUR STORY

pelurixanto.com was started in October 2023 by two friends, Gerrit-Jan Poelarends and Kristian Eeftink. It began the way a lot of good ideas do, with a problem we kept running into ourselves. Whenever a friend had a rough week, a mom had a birthday coming up, or someone close to us just needed a little pick me up, we found ourselves wandering through shops looking for something that actually felt personal. Most of the time we ended up with a generic gift card or a last minute bunch of flowers.

We knew there had to be a better way to send a bit of warmth to the people we care about. So we decided to build the shop we had been looking for.

WHAT WE DO

Today we put together thoughtfully curated gift boxes, care packages, encouragement gifts, birthday presents and self care gifts. Every box is built around a moment or a feeling, whether that is celebrating a birthday, saying thank you to a mom, cheering up a friend who is going through a hard time, or simply reminding someone to slow down and take care of themselves.

We choose each item with care and ask ourselves the same question every time: would we be happy to give this to someone we love? If the answer is no, it does not go in the box.

WHY WE DO IT

We believe the best gifts are not about how much they cost but about how they make someone feel. A small box with the right things inside can say "I see you" and "I am here for you" in a way words sometimes cannot. That is what we want every package from pelurixanto.com to do.

OUR PROMISE

As a small team, we take every order personally. We pack with care, we answer your questions ourselves, and we want you to feel just as good sending a gift as the person receiving it.

Thank you for supporting a small business and for choosing us to help you share a little kindness.

Warm wishes,

Gerrit-Jan and Kristian
