SECTION 4: PRODUCTS AND GIFT BOXES
pelurixanto.com offers curated gift boxes, care packages, encouragement gifts, birthday presents and self care gifts. We make every effort to show the colours and contents of our products as accurately as possible. Because we put our boxes together with care and depend on the availability of individual items, we may occasionally replace an item with one of equal or higher value and a similar style. The display of colours may also vary depending on your screen.
Some products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 5: PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on pelurixanto.com are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Prices may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods offered on our website. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
SECTION 6: ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided and refund the full amount.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders, including a valid email address and delivery address, and to update this information promptly if anything changes.
SECTION 7: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to the Netherlands only. Our orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses in Germany and France.
We offer two shipping options:
Free standard shipping: free of charge, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.
Insured express shipping: 4.95 EUR, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. This option includes insurance for your parcel during transit.
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been processed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays caused by the carrier, high demand or circumstances outside our control can occasionally occur, and we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
SECTION 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. To use this right, please contact us at help@pelurixanto.com before returning anything, so we can send you the correct return instructions.
Returned products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as sealed care and beauty products, are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order. Unless agreed otherwise, the cost of returning the product is paid by you.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
