RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We put a lot of love into every gift box and care package at pelurixanto.com, and we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
YOUR 14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last item.
To use this right, please let us know within these 14 days by emailing help@pelurixanto.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we will send you the correct return instructions and return address.
After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the items back to us.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
1. Unused and in the same condition as you received them.
2. Complete, including all items that were part of a gift box or set.
3. Returned in their original packaging where possible.
You may handle a product the way you would in a shop to check it, but if an item has been used or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed care, beauty and self care products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. Personalised items, such as products with a custom name or message, also cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning items is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost on the way back to us.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to confirm. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the day you informed us about your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for your order. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof that you have sent them.
If you return your complete order, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs. If you chose insured express shipping, the extra cost of 4.95 EUR for this option is not refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we are very sorry and want to fix it as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@pelurixanto.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.
GIFTS
If your gift was sent directly to someone else, they can contact us with the order number to arrange a return. The refund will always be issued to the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account or payment provider first, as it can take a few business days for the refund to appear. If you still have not received it after that, please contact us at help@pelurixanto.com.
